Understanding Strategies
The "Strategies" section is where you can formalize your trading rules.
1. View Recommended Strategy
Start by exploring the "Momentum Divergence Strategy." It's a balanced approach using common indicators like EMA and RSI, providing a great foundation for understanding how strategies are built.
2. Browse by Indicator
If you have a favorite indicator, this section shows you classic strategies based on EMA, MACD, or RSI. It's a great way to learn how individual signals can be used to make trading decisions.
3. Create a Custom Strategy
This is the most powerful feature. You can define your own rules for entering and exiting a trade.
Entry Conditions: Set one or more rules that must be met to open a position. For example: "Price crosses above the 50-day EMA" AND "RSI is less than 30".
Exit Conditions: Define how you'll take profit or cut losses. This can be a simple risk/reward ratio (e.g., 1:2) or another indicator-based condition.
After creating and saving a strategy, you can find it under "My Saved Strategies."
